Throughout her career, Patricia has successfully recruited candidates for senior leadership positions. Her emphasis in Life Sciences is on Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device and Biotechnology and BOD, CEO, COO, CFO and Medical and Scientific Leaders. In Legal Search, she concentrates on General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers across all industries.

Because of significant relationships, Patricia works with clients in other industries including Private Equity, Financial Services, Industrial and Consumer, and has been instrumental in building and managing teams for international clients. 

Prior to forming Coleman Partners, Patricia served as a partner in the Life Sciences and Legal Search Practices at Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry International. She also worked at Booz Allen & Hamilton in the Healthcare Sector of the Financial Services Group; Abbott Laboratories in its Operations Consulting Group and Alternate Site Management Venture; and Sidley Austin in its Insurance, Product Liability and Malpractice Group.

Patricia received a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University; Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. She is the co-author of an article, Addressing Compliance; Strategies for Finding the Right Chief Compliance Officer.

Many of Patricia’s former clients have returned to her for assistance with new searches. She is recognized for her passion for assisting clients in identifying the best candidates and her commitment to the highest standards of client service.  She is directly involved in all aspects of the search, ensuring that the entire process is seamless.
